We ship Media Mail for books. We can provide a tracking number upon request. Please note that your package could take up to three weeks to deliver, but most customers have received their packages sooner. We appreciate your patience. 

If you were able to donate books for a classroom, we thank you! I will hand the book out personally when I travel to low income schools.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Please feel free to donate to your local library.
